More conscious and with a firmer belief in who I am than before I met Sandra.

I met Sandra (online through a women’s motivational group) a few months ago at a time in my life where I had given up hope of finding a way forward in my situation. After a few coaching sessions where Sandra made me feel completely heard and validated she helped me come to some life changing realisations. The biggest breakthrough for me personally was realising that if I have done my absolute best in the situation I’m in it’s no longer my responsibility to keep banging my head against a brick wall lol. It’s up to me to stand up for myself and push that responsibility back where it belongs. It was a very liberating moment and what seemed like a small shift at the time has led to some big changes in my life. I’m waiting to see the full impact as I head into my 44th year. More hopeful.
